Fantastic service with fantastic results! My swing gate opener control failed to respond. Power was to the board and no apparent blown fuses. Our local gate service company was sure they could trouble shoot and repair so I scheduled a service call. The technician failed to find the issue but we did notice possible insect infestation with some potential arcing within the circuitry of the back of the board when removed from the control housing. Time to replace the board? I received a call back from the service company that the board was obsolete and I nice big quote for a new control was attached. 6 months ago- I called up and spoke with a young woman who was totally on top of the situation. She explained that I needed my old HV control board refurbished, rather than get a refurbished board from some other 'frig, so the board would link up with the other control hardware. The local repair folks did not understand this trick, so thanks to you I am not throwing out a perfectly good 5 year-old frig. They wanted me to replace a secondary control board, which your person indicated just never fails. When I got my refurbished board from you I installed it, did not need to set any codes, and it worked perfectly.
