HOW IT WORKS
1. PRINT REPAIR ORDER FORM
Fill out and print the PDF FORM above. It contains all the information we need from you to repair and return your circuit board. If you have trouble accessing or printing this form, contact us and we'll email one to you right away.
2. PACK AND SHIP
Include the completed repair form inside the box with your control board. Use the shipping carrier of your choice, but PLEASE use a sturdy box (we use 200lb crush weight boxes to return your parts to you) with lots of padding.
3. REPAIR AND TEST
The cause of the failure will be repaired and we will also assess the condition of the board and address other issues including replacement of failure prone components and inspection/restoration of problematic solder joints as a preventative measure. The control will then be put through a full functional test. The repair process is usually completed within 2 business days. Expedited service is available if needed.
4. PAYMENT AND RETURN SHIPPING
When repairs are complete we'll process payment and return the control back to you. You can enclose a check in with your shipment or we can email you an invoice and you'll be able to pay online with a credit card. We will return your rebuilt control board by the shipping method selected on the shipping form.
5. REINSTALL AND ENJOY!
